Telehealth Sick Visits
Telehealth sick visits are available for many common, straightforward health concerns when clinically appropriate.
These visits allow adults to receive care from home for select issues without needing to travel to the office.
Telehealth for Ongoing Care
Telehealth may also be used for certain visits within structured care programs when clinically appropriate.
These include:
• Adult ADHD care
• Medical Weight Management
• Hormone therapy follow-up visits
• Select mental health follow-up visits
These services follow established evaluation and follow-up requirements and are part of structured care plans.

Telehealth visits are not appropriate for emergencies.
Some conditions may require in-person evaluation or follow-up.
