Our Office Policies

We have your convenience in mind. With the NEW online patient registration portal you can fill out your patient registration any time of day. Registering online will save time when you arrive for your appointment. This will ensure that you are seen as quickly as possible when you arrive for your appointment. Registration only takes about 10 minutes. Before you start the registration process, have your medical and vision insurance cards at hand. Fill out the information as accurately and completely as possible. You must fill out all required fields for the registration process to be complete. Appointments/Cancellations

With the exception of serious emergencies, it is expected that you keep all of your appointments. If you need to reschedule an appointment we require 24 hours notice. In such a case, please call our office and arrange for a make-up appointment with one of our patient care coordinators.

Self-Pay Appointments

Quality Care - No Membership Required

Non-members can schedule appointments as availability allows.
Perfect for occasional visits or those exploring membership options.

• Payment is due when scheduling

• Cancellations < 24 hours or no-shows forfeit payment

• Insurance is not billed

• Virtual visits may be available

Emergencies

Our office provides on-call service for emergencies. Call 860-855-3135 so that the physician on call can be contacted.

Urgent after-hours coverage is limited and depends on membership tier. For urgent issues that can be addressed the following business hours, we ask that you schedule or call the office during business hours to schedule an appointment.  860-855-3135. For emergency care, seek nearest ER.  .

The Rose Kihara NP, LLC accepts cash and personal checks as well as the following credit cards:

We also accept these payment options :

• Care Credit

All co-payments and deductibles are due at the time of service. This includes payment for any testing done in our office. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.
